Where Children Play, Learn, and Grow Together
I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how appreciative my husband and I are of the lesson plans and curriculum that you all put together for my son’s class. On Saturday evening over dinner, He initiated a conversation about China. He proceeded to tell us that kids in China don’t write with letters, they use symbols instead; they use chopsticks to eat rice and noodles; dragons are not real, but they are good luck; there is a Great Wall of China; Mt. Everest is there and it is the tallest mountain in the world; and China is very far away and if you want to go there you will need a passport and get it stamped. Both my husband and I were floored – we are so impressed with the subject matter that you have incorporated into your lesson plans and your teaching methods which have achieved information retention by a three year old! We feel so fortunate that Our Son gets to go to such a wonderful school every day – we know that it’s the amazing teachers (and directors) who make it so.
The size allows the kids and teachers to really know one another. The vast amount of activities and programs they are exposed to. TLP goes above and beyond in everything they do!
Everyone seems to really embrace the right attitude about educating and caring for young children. The balance between learning and play is absolutely perfect
The mix of play and academics with a strong emphasis on appropriate child development is wonderful! Small class size and individual attention. Has a close family feel environment.
I feel the enrollment size really allows the children and parents feel connected to the whole school! I also think the hours that are offered are fantastic
